1). How do I know that my reservation was booked ?


You will receive an email from us confirming the same.


2). Do I have to re confirm my reservation ?


No you do not have confirm your reservation.


3). What is your cancellation policy ?


Cancellation policy vary from hotel to hotel. Be sure to review the cancellation policy of the hotel / tour package you are booking. Please call on 022-61881919 to get more information on this. Or you can refer the Terms and condition policy of sparrowtours.com.


4). What if I don't get a confirmation of my Holiday Package Booking?


We send the confirmation voucher within 24 hours after making the booking, if you don't get it please call us 022 67354666 or mail us at enquiry@sparrowtours.com


5). What is the standard check-in/out time in the hotels?


The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs (local time) and check-out time is 12 noon. But it may vary from season to season and city to city. Please check with the agent for policy of the selected hotel.


6). Will the hotel hold by room if I am arriving late ?


Since your reservation is pre paid hotel will hold your rooms. It is advisable to inform the hotel of your late arrival .


7). Do you offer meal options for vegetarians/people with allergies on your tours?


We offer vegetarian meal options for a large portion of our tours including meal options. If you have a special request for your meal on our tour, please contact us with your request and we will try our best to accommodate you.


8). Do I have to pay for my tour in advance?


We require all tour payment to be made in advance to the tour departure date.


9). What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis"?


This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e., two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates, please call for these rates.


10). What does EP, CP, MAP and AP stand for?


EP stands for European Plan (Room only basis), CP stands for Continental Plan (Room with Breakfast), MAP stands for Modified American Plan (Room with Breakfast and One Major Meal - either Lunch or Dinner), AP stands for American Plan (Room with All Meals i.e, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
