terms and conditions
BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS:
a) There is no contract between SPARROW TOURS AND TRAVEL PVT. LTD. and the passenger until the company has received the appropriate non - refund deposit.
b) Along with the registration amount the passengers must pay the cost of rail or other air tickets and any optional programme
c) If a passenger fails to make the payment within the stipulated time, the company shall forfeit the entire amount paid at the time of booking and apply this scale of cancellation charges given below, the passenger shall not be entiled to the refund of the same.
d) Passengers have to clear the entire billing amount before tour departure date.
CANCELLATION/ REFUND:
a) If the company propones or postpones a tour; due to any circumstances beyond our control like natural calamity, political disturbances, security problem, change in air schedule etc. the passenger has no right to cancel the tour
b) If the company has to cancel the programme for want of sufficient no. of passenger, the entire amount paid by the prospective passengers shall be returned by the company by A/C payee cheque against receipt only.
c) Cancellation charges for Air/ Rail reservations are applicable as per their rules and will be refunded to passenger after refund from respective Airlines/ Railway and after deducting the processing charges.
d) Passenger cannot cancel the tour, incase any specific train class tickets are not available. They will have to travel by the next available train class.
e) No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to what so ever reason.
f) If the passenger have to cancel the tour due to any reason, they have to make an application in written to that effect along with the original receipt issued by the company shall process the refund after applying the scale of cancellations charges given here under.

The company shall in no circumstance what so ever be liable to the passenger or any other person traveling for any loss or expenses incurred due to::
a) Loss of property or life: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, and/ or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.
b) Delay or changes in Train, Bus, Air Plane or Ship conditions, Strike, War, Quaranite, or any other cause what so ever.
